No Nav Bar
--------------------------------------------------

(Set up LMT Pie prior to flashing or you won't have any way of navigating your phone. Also make sure it's set to run at boot.)
Remove Nav Bar Mods (Updated Each Build)
Built from AOKP's Framework-res...not a "compatible" version ripped from elsewhere: So even my OCD isn't firing off after flashing.
Example of what LMT Pie looks like.

The no nav mod messed up my dialer and causes some apps to stay in landscape mode (flipboard) ....anything i can do to fix that?

What is no Nav bar? First I heard of it? Also what does setting up that pi thing do?

It appears if you want no Nav Bar then you need to setup LMT prior to running that mod otherwise you won't have your swipe commands setup to navigate.

Obviously this isn't required, only if you want to run no Nav Bar.

I don't have the option to update the binary....or I'm a dumbass and can't find it. I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app with no luck. I used to click on the setting/options and then update binary, but I can't seem to find it.

edit: nevermind I am a dumbass

so far so good after figuring out how to update su. Toggles are great and it's nice to have the reboot options back. The only thing I've noticed so far is that my gmail notifications don't open up with the two finger swipe like they used to on other JB roms. New AOKP wallpapers are nice, boot image is the same as milestone 6 except smaller, and it looks to be using the stock kernel (i think).

Here are my findings so far (same as others):
1) data toggle fc system ui
2) torch doesn't work
3) superuser issue
4) prefer the old keyboard's auto complete and punctuation ( probably a job thing)

Torch is working fine for me, eacht ime i toggle it comes on.

bug: if clock is set to 24hour mode, centered, and day is showing, then it doesnt show minutes unless AM/PM is checked. not sure if this happens under other circumstances, these are just my settings

Getting some random long reboots. Sometimes it happens sometimes it doesn't. There doesn't seem to be any consistency when this happens but this has been happening on other JellyBean ROMs as well. It seems to happen more often when the phone is connected to external power. Something to do with RAMDISK perhaps?

its doing a system check
i forget checking for what exactly, but if i remember right from a post on xda its looking for some files, we dont have them so it looks for awhile then skips.

not a complaint, happy bughunting

so far so good, i see a few issues where the toggles dont sync up,
NFC not working at all as a HALO toggle, as a regular toggle only works (for the most part) if you go into settings, and "sync" the setting or make it match the toggle state, then it seems to be functional.
torch works after you fiddle with it for a while

clock seems to be a little funny, at 3 oclock it only showed "15", and not "15:00"

super user works, ..if you go and install SuperSU

after installing a custom bootanim. its seems that the device boots much faster (away from the google screen). this seems to be one of those cases where removing any boot logo from data/local and system/media, then flashing a new logo ...speed the boottime back up... this seems to be a bug with all version of jelly mean, and im sure its due to the new way android filesystem is doing things at boot time...
Image

installed franco kernel and it seems to be smoother

Japanese (i think) keyboard (bottom selection) FC funtime

the only thing i am absolutely needing now are SoftKey Mods(just the simple ones that give me MBHRS ), and i will be able to make it my daily driver ,yeah, its called too used to something, and yes, i understand that 4.0.4 had a rather elaborate softmod setup so i dont expect it to be happening very soon...
im sure i should not be trying to flash the softkey mods from jelly belly, but here goes (with a nandroid of course) will update if it works...
and it does........NOT work, its messing with the systemUI. and when you mess with the systemUI, your gonna have a bad time

anyway, going very good team.

who else here has over 6G in nandroids sitting in their phones.. card cleaning time

Clearing the map tiles in the maps settings (within the app),then backing into the map page and touching the gps icon on that screen solves my map problems. I haven't had that particular problem, though it's an easy enough fix to try.

Flashing this reminded me of something, is there still an updated gapps packet available that includes gmail? I always have to flash gapps-ics-20120317-signed.zip before flashing the new gapps versions to get gmail.
I'ts my understanding that GMail and Google+ (and probably some others I'm not thinking of) aren't included because you can get them on the Play Store. Why not just install from there? When given the option, I always prefer having an app installed to /data rather than /system
