Getting restart problems with ICS build as well with my wifi turned off. Going back to 11/17 build..... =/

With MIUI, and maybe even AOSP in general (I had this issue with SHIFTAOSP), i can't install my work Exchange account because it "requires security features that my phone doesn't support". This is the only thing that is stopping me from loading this ROM. I need my work emails and without that security feature (requiring that the phone get locked), I can't install the Exchange account.
