OK Folks, the time has come:
This is a *VERY* alpha release of CyanogenMod for the Droid Bionic.

First off huge thanks go to:
Hashcode who's been instrumental in making this happen
cvpcs for all the work he's done
The CyanogenMod Team
P3Droid for the leaks and fastboot files
and last but Certainly not least:
Adam (aczm1988) without whom I wouldn't have a Droid Bionic


Now, on to the ROM

as I said before, this is *VERY* alpha... what appears to be working:
Phone works for making calls
Sensors appear to be working
Audio works
WiFi works
Bluetooth now works
1x Data works (toggle to EVDO Only, then to CDMA only)


HOWEVER:
3G/4G does *NOT* work
Camera/Camcorder doesn't work
I apparently didn't get Hashcode's sdcard fix integrated correctly so you'll get an sdcard error

Definitely recommend watching it if you aren't familiar with safestrap and/or CM7

To install you need to be using Hashcode's Safestrap which can be found at http://hash-of-codes...festrap-10.html
NOTE: Make sure you uninstall any other recovery/bootstrap apps you have installed before installing safestrap

Since this is a DEV Thread, I'm posting this in hopes that y'all will be able to help fix the bugs,

Ok i wanna understand this SafeStrap , i'm on Blurr3d 2.1 and i have backups of Stock and Blurr3d 2.1, if i wanna try CM7 where or how do i start ? and can i restore my backups after ?.

It's basically like a dual boot. Once you boot into recovery and turn safemode on, you can install a second rom. To go back to your other, you boot back into recovery, turn safemode off, then reboot. You should be back where you started.

So the first thing i should do in install SafeStrap which should be flashed in recovery right ? , then boot into recovery turn on safe mode and install CM7 right ?. Then if i wanna go back to Blurr3d boot in recovery and turn off safemode then reboot and i'm back on Blurr3d right?.
