I have an ICS rom on my phone and i want to make the jump to wildchild's JB rom. but when i flash it, or the 5 other roms i tried it wont boot past the splash screen. So i tried flashing my ICS rom again and it worked fine the 1st try.

i would appriciate any help. i searched for about six hours trying to figure it out and came up with things that you have to use a stock rom with. As far as i can figure i need to turn S-OFF to get it to work but i cant get it to turn off.
