Please don't PM me here, I will not likely read it as I do not check often.

Sticker on the device has my IMEI ending in a 340
MEID in settings has the same number but without the 0.

Which do I use? The number 4, or 0?

The app finds MEID, which is the shorter one, it asks for the last digit because it cannot find the IMEI.

Add the 0.

Love you. Thank you.

And... I'm unlocked. SWEET! Donations going out to those that helped make this happen!

When I run adb shell mkdir /data/DxDrm I get a permission denied error. Is that normal?

Means the adb restore exploit didnt take effect, were you getting "adb is out of date killing" errors? Are you on windows?

So I was able to unlock with this method via HTCDev, I installed TWRP and the insecure kernel, but my SuperSU will not work after I flashed the file in recovery. None of my apps can get root access, and I cannot update the superuser binary via SuperSU. What's going on here?
