Buddy was trying to get this LTE Xoom back to stock and flashed either MZ600 or possibly MZ604 firmware to the device (Android 3.0 firmware I believe). He let it do an official update trying to let it get to latest stock and I believe at some point in there it might have done a bootloader update. RSD Lite now claims his bootloader is 1045 and things are bad. It will never boot past the moto logo. We can however get to fastboot and rsd. It will happily flash partitions via both, but again, will never boot past moto logo.

Any ideas?

That is a good article for the paniced. Good find, dfib.

Bricked = will not power on.

As long as you can boot & get to the bootloader/recovery you should have hope.
