How, Can I change my user name, or do I have to create a whole new account?

If it's for a sponsor account, we can change the username.
For a developer account, it's best to re-apply so we can just create a new account from scratch. Keep in mind that for the new account, the username and/or foldername cannot match a pre-existing username or foldername.
