Quick reply from the notifications menu is already in the rom. If you're talking about pop-up quick reply, your guess is as good as ours, being that this is just a discussion thread, OP is not a dev. However, i know there is a flashable zip or two around the forums for that feature. I know DJDarkKnight has a nice dark themed and minimal pop-up sms.
