still having troubles? read this!

Instructions

1. flash recovery or setup rom slot in safestrap (if you haven't already)
2. wipe data (optional, but a good idea if coming from ANY other rom)
3. wipe cache
4. wipe system
5. flash ROM
6. flash GApps
7. let phone sit for a few minutes once booted to settle (a lot is done of first boot)

Alpha 2 will be ready tonight. This will allow you to install over the stock ICS, the updated ICS, or the JB leak.

So I ran the .bat file. It takes like 5 seconds It says its complete but I cant tell if anything is different.
Here's a photo of what I get.

Adb is required and it looks like you don't have it. I will bundle it in with alpha 2, which will be out today.
