Now the LONG awaited (by me at least) 3G / HSDPA, and general radio fix, for the LG V90x series of tablets is here.
Thanks go out to dabulina for finding the original bins that made this possible (http://forum.gsmhost...d-here-1035408/).
The following packages will flash the original radio firmware for that particular model by installing it in CWM Recovery.
Downloads
LGV900: http://depositfiles....files/02y9w9xqf (EUR)* V10E
LGV905R: http://depositfiles....files/0455w50p1 (CAN) V10C
LGV909: http://depositfiles....iles/3tvbkngyk (US)* V10P
LGV909DW: http://depositfiles....iles/i4re1s8kb (US)* V11A
*So far the only package I have tested is for the LG V905R on my own device. Feedback would be appreciated for that and the other devices.
Install Guide
Before you begin ensure your device has atleast 50% charge (just charge it right up to be safe) AND connect the power during the entire procedure)
Copy the zip file for your model to the device.
Reboot into CWM Recovery.
--Boot to fastboot mode
--Run the command 'fastboot boot [RECOVERY.IMG]'
Install the radio zip file now on the device.
Reboot system.
--Screen will go dark for up to 30 seconds, then the radio update will begin when you see
--the DO NOT POWER DOWN message. When complete the device will reboot and your
--system should boot normally but now have functioning 3G/HSPA
***UPDATE***
I have received a report that the radio install can fail with a message in read lettering appearing in the upper left corner during boot saying modem install failed. This is due to trying to install without the power connected and the battery is less than 50% charged. This will not brick your device.
You should now have function 3G / HSDPA again.
Good luck and I'd be interested to hear any feedback, especially from devices other than the v905r, thanks.
