Is there anyway for you to tweak the retarded memory manager in your builds, invisiblek? This is one of my main gripes with CM.

I don't understand what you want me to do here

Whatever manages the memory in AOSP/CM10 kills apps even when there is over 1gb of RAM left. I was just wondering if there was a fix that could be merged in to yours.

I saw a commit from cyanogen awhile back that doubled the amount of apps that stayed in memory, I can't seem to find it now though, not sure what happened to it.

looks to me as if low power audio is already implemented
http://review.cyanog....com/#/c/22813/

maybe it needs some tweaking or something

EDIT: scratch that, it was reverted: http://review.cyanog....com/#/c/24052/

Looks like they are fixing it again, should be merged in the next few builds I hope.

Is anyone else having issues with audio players losing connection to music directories on the 1024 build? Once I reboot power amp loses its connection to my extsdcard music directories and it is constantly scanning, in excess of 15 minutes worth of partial wake locks over a 3 hour period.

I use poweramp all the time as well as others without loosing directories. I am on latest nightly.
On another note, the battery life is INSANE! I was on my phone (not calling but playing) most of the day as well as through the world series game and still had 30% left at midnight. Call volume is still fixed and adjustable. (damned if you do and damned if you don't.......hahaha now it could be a "little" louder)

Thanks for putting this thread together Invisiblek. See what happens when a drive for two days I missed all of this being put together.

Your work on the group threading has been amazing. I'm almost always available for testing.
