what I mean is that if I touch around the locker it does this animation on akop it has the stock round animation
can't really explain it lol

Does the current build have what you are referring to? Everything currently is aosp in the circle touch animations on these, except shortcuts and the top mods. I know aokp had some major build 5 ui tweaks and was having lockscreen target circle issues before. Maybe they changed something.
The LPA broke a LOT of audio stuff when it was implemented before hence why it got reverted. Was a lot of bluetooth and kernel related stuff if i remember right. I remember that was one of two official builds where I actually rolled back to a nandroid. I'm still kinda nervous for when it gets fixed. But like others, I do play music on my phone quite a bit.
