I noticed you have a different (older?) radio in your screen cap than I'm running... Is this the preferred baseband? I'm on 2.15.10.12.20.

My old Inc didn't have s-off so I couldn't update it. It doesn't matter

I can't change phone setting from call screen without fc. It may be one of the broken setting already known, but wanted to note it.

I'm upgrading from RC2, should I wipe my data? I hate doing it, but I wanted to know how much it's recommended for this.
