Any thoughts about CPU/GPU OC on the stock kernel? At least CPU since it the Xoom can be a little pokey without it.

Anyone get stuck at "Activating..." during initial setup? Running blackbean_stingray(4g) with the 9/14 gapps package. Have wiped and reinstalled rom a few times but still gets stuck at Activating. I am going to let it sit a bit more, but going on 30minutes so far. There is certainly a chance I got a bad package but I wanted to see if anyone else was having this issue on the stingray version.

What recovery are you using? Does it happen to be Rogue Recovery? If so, I couldn't flash it properly with Rogue either. Changed to TWRP, flashed and running...

I was using Rogue Recovery; I went ahead and switched to TWRP but same issue. Downloaded a fresh package as well and verified MD5s. Also tried both the 8/25 and 9/14 inverted gapps packages, but with same results. Every time, I never get through "Activating..." properly. Now eventually it will time out and allow me to continue, but it doesn't pull down my backed up settings (asks for my first/last name and does everything fresh). I did confirm 4G is working when I finally get booted up, but still a weird issue. I am curious to know if anyone activated properly over 4G.

Other than that issue, seems to work well! Thanks for the TWRP suggestion, didn't see it worked for xoom and is very nice.
