This is a semi-nightly build of all merged changes to AOKP JB d2vzw.

Here's a breakdown of the 3 different builds I do:

stable - these are the stable builds. They contain absolutely no cherry picks, only the items merged into the AOKP github at time of build. These similar to the official builds.

unstable - these are builds that include everything from the stable builds but also unverified/unmerged changes that were cherry picked. Sometimes these can be very stable, but still use at your own risk.

test - these are builds I throw together to test items submitted to github. Usually they include the latest unstable plus additional features. These builds are not intended to be used as a daily driver, and again use at your own risk.

So what is the difference between this and Phantom's builds? Just curious, because the way you described it is what I thought Phantom's builds were.

I see that it was merged on CM10 yesterday. I don't see anything about it in AOKP.
