Source: https://github.com/aokp
Mod Type: ROM     Difficulty: Moderate     Mod Status: Nightly     Mod Base: AOSP     Carrier: Verizon
Requires Root: Yes     Apply In: CWM Recovery     Optional:      Optional:      Android Version: 4.2.1 (JB)

LATEST BUILD: 01/22/13 || (md5sum)

These builds are unofficial, however they are built from Official Source with minimal cherrypicks.

These builds DO NOT USE KEXEC and you WILL have trouble if you try to flash them with a locked bootloader.
You can find out how to unlock your bootloader here: http://rootzwiki.com...our-bootloader/

Downloads:
The latest nightly build can always be found here: http://www.sundergam...s/i535/aokp-jb/

I recommend using this with the latest JB GAPPS found here: http://goo.im/gapps
(alternatively I will try to always mirror the latest one here: http://www.sundergam...downloads/gapps)

Changelog:
You can find the changes made in each build both in the AOKP github page and on the AOKP gerrit.
These can be found here and here respectively.

Features:
A basic list of features in AOKP can be found here: https://sites.google...ct/feature-lsit

Install:
1. Download the latest build.
2. Download GAPPS from link above.
3. Put both on SDCARD.
4. Install and boot into CWM 6.0.1.9+ or into TWRP.
5. Install the AOKP zip and then the GAPPS zip.
6. If you are coming from another ROM, wipe data. This is recommended either way but but not necessary if coming from a previous AOKP build.
7. Reboot and enjoy!

You NEED to flash a recent recovery with any 4.2 builds otherwise you will experience problems with the directory tree of your sdcard.
You can find the latest compatible CWM-Touch here: http://www.sundergam...overy-d2vzw.zip

I'll go ahead and install and try testing NFC on my drive home at a local gas station. Do you know if the Google Wallet patch that xoomdev posted will work here as well?

Super nice ROM. Anyway to disable the stock capacitive keys?

Also what is swagger mode?

Thanks!

If you have to ask, you'll never need it. Lol j/k, it doesn't actually do anything, it just turns your swag on;)

1. Turn on swagger
2. Go take a poop
3. Your shit no longer stank..

In all seriousness tho it doesn't do anything, just a blank toggle. As far as capacitive keys I think there is a script floating around somewhere..I'll link if I can find it.

For capacitive keys you need to DL root browser, navigate to system/usr/keylayout. Open (usong RB text editor) sec_touchkey and put a hash (#) in front of key 139 and key 158. You can remap home button in sec_keys by changing the word home to camera (or whatever you'd like, though not all functions will work). This was explained by matteydangerfox in another thread so credit to him

If I understand what you're referring to it should....
You are talking about the build.prop hack that makes google wallet think you have a gnex?
