1. Download the file from above onto your phone’s storage.
2. Reboot into recovery and make a backup.
3. You should probably wipe data and cache at this point.
4. Then “install zip from sdcard” and find the file you just downloaded.
5. Required: Flash su.zip as well. You may get a prompt to 'fix su.zip' in CWM. Click 'Yes'

I don't have root after wiping and flashing fresh download superuser and it can't get root

odd. can anyone else confirm? per p3droid's twitter post he said all you needed to do is download Superuser from the market.

ya I also lose my root after doing a clean flash, tried both root apps (SuperSu and superuser)

I know I've tried messaging him but didn't get me anywhere everything goes fine but I open superuser and go to update binaries and it says fail on obtaining root
