9.13 uses the updated CyanogenMod Ramdisk from their 09/06 update, meaning that if your ROM doesn't use the newer Ramdisk, the kernel will cause data to not work (they're not talking the same language anymore). Same thing happened using CM 09/06 or newer and 9.12.

thanks, makes sense and good to know...im happy with sticking to 9.12 exp 1 until my current ROM updates.

I flashed this on CM11 M10 release candidate and lost data. Going to re-flash 9.13 and if that doesn't work then I'll flash the stock ROM again. Thanks for your continued work, Imo!

Edit: I can confirm that 9.13 also does not allow for data. I re-flashed the ROM and all is well.

Have always used and loved lean kernel and have been using liquid smooth rom for quite some time now and it used to be that lean kernel was baked in, they have since changed to deathly kernel. Recently I updated to liquid smooth official v3.1 and with lean kernel wifi will not turn on mobile data seems to be fine, also seems to affect liquid smooth v3.2 which is still in beta I believe. Flashing back to the built in deathly kernel resolves it wifi works fine. Can't seem to figure this out, I'll try to take a logcat at some point and see if I can post anything more useful just wanted imoseyon to be aware. The only thing I did notice is that it seems the baked in deathly kernel is using linux version 3.4.91. Any help you can give me imoseyon would be much appreciated.

Also have tried v9.9, v9.10, v9.12, v9.13, and newest version v9.14 of lean kernel all are giving me the same issue.

Edit: Upon pulling a logcate specifically for wifi this is the error

--------- beginning of /dev/log/system

--------- beginning of /dev/log/main

E/WifiStateMachine(  699): Failed to load driver

E/WifiStateMachine(  699): Failed to load driver

E/WifiStateMachine(  699): Failed to load driver

E/WifiStateMachine(  699): Failed to load driver

Edit: Looks like I was wrong mobile data isn't working either

Think this is just a ramdisk mismatch will try an even earlier kernel version rom was released back in mid july probably the issue
