I flashed CM10 yesterday which ran beautifully and played around with my phone today until the battery ran out. Now when I turn it on I somehow got into a boot loop that doesn't go anywhere.

Notes: I deleted CM10 and Gapps from the main folder after I installed JB. Could this mess things up?

What should I do?

(Thank you)

Edit: The phone is Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3

You can adb push the zip file back to your phone from within CWM. Try installing the same cm10 zip again from CWM and see if it solves the problem.

How do I adb push within clockworkmod?

I was trying to mount the phone to my PC using clockworkmod to get the files and couldn't figure out how. I put the files on the external-sd card, if I could even move them to the main storage using clockworkmod I would be okay.

(thank you)

Don't worry all - I grabbed his phone, re-pushed an image via ODIN and now he's back up and running. Documentation via forums ftw!
