You will need both the ROM and GApps. This is the first build to separate them!

Gapps - Use my latest on the link above (or mirrored below).

If you haven't already, get the JB Bootloader from the mods folder at the link above. See note below in Instructions.

Note: ALWAYS use the latest GApps!

Downloads

14.1 - http://4ndr01d.com/toro/jellybelly/

05/19 Gapps - http://4ndr01d.com/gapps/

JB Stock Kernel (only for 11.x/12.x) - http://goo.gl/tVsgU (included in ROM, only needed if you flashed a different kernel and want this back)

JB Bootloader - http://d-h.st/jcO

JB Radios (VZW JDQ39) - http://d-h.st/EOV

Instructions
1. flash JB bootloader (if you haven't already - this helps JB roms, not required though)
2. flash the JB radios (if you haven't already - improves your signal, not required though)
3. wipe data (if coming from ANY other rom)
4. wipe cache
5. flash ROM
6. flash GApps
7. let phone sit for a few minutes once booted to settle (a lot is done of first boot)

Keep in mind that the first boot can take up to 10 minutes and may seem to hang on either the Google logo or the Boot Animation. Just give it time, it will boot.

No offense man but putting 'Fastest ROM out there' is a slap in the face to everyone else. Plus it's not something that can't be outdated quickly. Thanks for the rom though!

The tweaks put into this rom gave me and a few testers the highest scores out of the available roms. Of course, that could vary from phone to phone. Removed that line to prevent offending anyone.
