Question @ jakeday:

How do you have 4.2.2 on your ROM and Google hasn't even pushed it to AOSP yet? Is it cherry picked changes? Do you know what's fixed in it? I'm sure I'm not the only person wondering it. I've been antsy for 4.2.2 on my phone for a while after seeing how little 4.2.1 fixed.

I have a source that provided the changes making up 4.2.2 which have yet to be pushed to aosp. This person is a good friend of mine that I've worked on Android projects with for the past few years, so I trust this friend.

As far as changes, the main focus in 4.2.2 was fixing the performance issues apparent in 4.2 and 4.2.1, and I believe they nailed it.

Hopefully the sods some are seeing as well.

I may give it a try and see. Your ROM is still good I just usually run cm but my gut feeling says 4.2.2 will be much better. Faster than 4.1.2?

downloading now but anyone test whether 4.2.2 fixes the glaring bluetooth A2DP stuttering while streaming issues?

I reverted to 4.1x on my Nexus 7 because all of the 4.2 builds had this problem...

I find it hard to believe that Jake would need to try and lie about something like this. Has been a very straight forward dev.
