Vicious Presents Jelly Bean 4.1 TOROPLUS Galaxy Nexus


What's Working:
Calls
Data (Both 3G and 4G at boot with no tricks)
SMS
WiFi (Stronger WiFi signal now)
All market apps/gapps included in build no need to flash gapps
USB Storage
Internal Storage
Root/Superuser (Now built in and fixed open Superuser and update SU binary)
ADB
Camera
GPS


What doesn't work:
MMS has been reported to be broken still (This will be fixed in V6 I'm going to sleep now but I'll have it up today though)


Installation Instructions:
Make a nandroid backup
Wipe data factory reset
Wipe cache partition
Wipe dalvik cache (Optional)
Flash JellyBean 4.1 to your Galaxy Nexus
Reboot and ENJOY JellyBean from us to you!!!!

I read that the stock kernel is smoother, is that really true? I'll stick with whatever is default in this rom unless told otherwise. :P

Great ROM. Very smooth. Only bug I have so far is no MMS (send and receive). I am using the stock flashable kernel.

Using GO SMS for a workaround.

Other than using fastboot, is there a way to access TWRP recovery after flashing?

goo.im app has a reboot to recovery option, as well as powering down your phone, holding both volume buttons and power at the same time will get you to the boot loader, and you can select recovery mode from there.

Other than the "Roaming indicator off" message in the Notifications drop down (big deal), I haven't had any problems. Thanks.
