Ok this is one of the first Intel powered phones with the Medfield chip in there

Myself and a handful of others have tried all the current gingerbread exploits that are around with no success

We have set up a freenode irc channel #SanDiegoRoot to share what we know

From our investigations its a lot different to the usual android set up, so this is greenfield hacking

I have adb/fastboot working to try things if anyone is willing to make any suggestions I'm more than happy to try them out.

Any help greatly appreciated :D

Any progress on root ? Over on modaco, paul & sebastion404 have also been trying.
