I received the 4.0.4 OTA update a few nights ago and have enjoyed it thus far. Unfortunately, at random increments, the phone will vibrate, I'll unlock it and receive a bugreport prompt wanting to e-mail me a 3MB txt file. I attempted to view the file but could not decipher what was causing the system to spit out a bug report. Am I the only one receiving this problem?
I'm stock and unrooted.

I just received my replacement phone and this issue has started with me. Considering contacting Verizon about this.

Oh, I should've updated that I fixed it by turning off USB debugging, bugreport prompts pop up whenever you hit volume + power. I turned off USB debugging and it went away.
