XenonHD is a custom firmware aka ROM for various Android devices. It is built from Android Open Source Project (AOSP) with additional features, performance and battery life improvements.

The idea behind XenonHD is to give users a ROM that is "blazing fast, rock stable and buttery smooth".

Base : KitKat 4.4.2 : FULL AOSP BASE FROM SOURCE.
It's Rockstable,Blazing fast.
and now Buttery Smooth too!

Installed last night on a full charge. Did my normal test for battery drain & after 6hrs of being unplugged I was at 94%. Granted it was just sitting on my nightstand all night long not getting used but it's still a good sign.

This isn't as feature ridden as the other ROMs out there but it is a great base & has the things included that I like to customize. Good work guys. Excellent ROM.

Never would have thought I would like this rom enough to beat out liquid and become my daily driver, but here we are, and this rom is solid as a rock. Has the customization that seems necessary (toggles, themes, CPU) without having so many that performance and battery are affected. Great work.

What is the difference between gallery.apk and gallery2.apk? Do we need them both?

Edit: I don't think we do. Which one goes away? gallery.apk or gallery2.apk?

So far so good. This thing with the Trinity kernel rocks. Just a few questions...
1) Why do I have two galleries? One looks awful one looks normal.
2) GNexus Parts.. Do we really need that? Does it even do anything? I deleted it.
3) Next build - Remove all the .old files?
4) I ask this all over the place & no one ever knows or answers... but two Cesium alarm notifications. Where the heck does the other one live???

I really do like this ROM a lot and I don't mean to sound like I'm complaining. I can tweak the things I like to tweak and there isn't a lot of overhead of things I don't need/use. This & Eclipse are my go-to ROMs now. Thank you guys for making this & sharing it with the community. Kudos.
