I am having problems with build 35, I am not getting any signal. I flash twice with and without a new kernel and both cases no signal. Any tips to get signal working?

Does anyone else experience this problem with b35? not having signal.

I had the same problem with every other kernel except Franco. Once I flashed Franco, I was able to flash any other kernel and then got signal. If I tried to flash anything else first I wouldn't get signal.

Thank you for the response, I am going to try it.

Edit, franco's kernel worked

Everything runs great on b35 .. only thing is Google talk force closes but I just flashed over m5. . Should I just do a clean install or is it a problem with b35?

Should always do a clean install. Yes you can dirty flash but you can sometimes bring bugs over from one rom to another or create new ones its a chance you take. Do a fresh install and wait flash any themes or mod your phone for at least a day that way if something isn't working right or just stops working you know its the rom and nothing you did. Just some tips. Happy flashing : )

so we should clean install even if we were using AOKP previous version milestone5?
i have never used titanium backup, so use that to restore app data and things like that after a clean install?

I have read thread after thread on how to connect to pc via usb and i still cant get this to work. i noticed on build 35 it has a themes and in the pic it shows usb connection. yes mtp is checked, fast charge is off in the rom settings and in the franco settings. also usb debugging is checked. when i plug the phone into any pc, all it does is charge. i get no windows notification telling me i have connected a new device. im stumped here.
