[HEAD]CONCEPT[/HEAD]
This started out as a port of Bugless Beast by PeterAlfonso. After the talks regarding Linaro and HWA i decided to merge as much omap-zoom as possible. This however led to a non-booting rom. So I was forced to add some CM9 back in
After adding speed and performance tweaks, this is what we have come up with as our new lightweight ROM

I'm coming from another ics rom, do I need to do a full wipe?
I would strongly suggest it.
How in the **** do I get to recovery on this ROM?
This ROM features the Hijacked BootMenu courtesy of Wizard0f0s. To get there reboot your device. Your LED will flash blue and when it does press the volume down button. You are now in BootMenu. Scroll down with volume keys to 'Recovery' and press power. Then scroll down to 'clockwork' and press power. You will now be in the latest clockwork mod recovery. There is also the option to boot to the custom RZrecovery as well. Linked here is the documentation written by Wiz for BootMenu, although I believe it is from v1.14(we are on 1.15) and should provide you with a lot of information.
Is in call mute working on this rom?
No not yet. But there is a workaround. Step 1. Hold hand over mic and whisper
Does this work with Boot manager?
I honestly am not a huge fan of Boot Manager so I personally have not tested. It seems like it has caused people some grief...try at your own risk.
How do I remove the Nav Bar?
This is is going to be added to nightlies soon...and resized.
IF ANY OTHER QUESTIONS SEEMED TO BE FREQUENTLY ASKED IN THE THREAD LET ME KNOW!
Few Questions:
1. Is mute option working on this ROM?
2. Is there a way to apply AOKP settings on this?
3. Since the home key is broken: anyway to enable the soft key or other workaround? Can I use CM9 soft key and ICS reloaded settings?
I was able to get it to download. md5 matches. First try it failed midway through, tryed it again and was able to get a complete download. Maybe give it another go?
Not sure yet. Have to wait a few charge cycles and its been a while since I was on encounter. It does seem slightly better than cm9/gummy/aokp so far tho.

um, the OP says boot takes a long time - how long exactly? I wiped everything and flashed w/ 317 gapps and the ssk/apex mod and have been stuck at the CM9 boot animation for about 15 min. Battery getting hot. Worried about draining it. Ideas?
I don't think you should flash ssk/apex mod without first booting in the rom. I could be wrong, but thought that caused people issues before. Try to flash the mod after doing a successful boot.
I thought we learned that the battery skips are not from roms? I always get battery skips but my battery is old. My friend got a new battery and everything worked 20X better after that. Just curious how albinomans build would fix this?
During regular use, I get 2 skips on ALL ROMs i've tried in the last month. 1st skip is from ~65-70% down to 50 almost instantaneously, 2nd skip is from ~35-40% down to 19% almost instantaneously.
The -only- time I don't see the skips, is when the phone is sitting idle/screen off. Seems that if the battery is under load in the vicinity of where my skips usually occur, it ALWAYS skips, and if the phone is sitting idle in the same % range, it NEVER skips.
OP is being updated with currenty applyable mods while b2 is being worked on. I'm adding back the Defy Base. I do have finals next week so release may be slower than the rest. They should be bigger and better from here on out after b2.
Great news! Question, will adding back the Defy Base fix the bluetooth issue? Thanks.
