ok first timer here I want to try this Rom, so where is the ROM Manager is it a file or am I missing something. I have the All In One tool and can get to thye right place but it doesnt display the zip file on the s card so I thought I would try the manager instead.

Okay. First of all, you have to be fully s-off, rooted, and have a custom recovery installed in order to install a custom ROM successfully. In reading your post, It seems like you may be unsure about how exactly to go about installing a ROM. I sincerely hope that you have done your reading prior to trying to install this ROM, or a custom ROM of any sort. There are numerous FAQs and guides available on the various sites, forums, and subforums for the thunderbolt, which address topics like gaining root and s-off, installing a custom recovery, and installing ROMs.

To answer part of your question,

ROM manager is an application that can be used to install the CWM custom recovery that can be used to install custom ROMS (like skyraider), there are also a few ROMs available to download in ROM manager. ROM manager is available free on the play store:

Depending on how you rooted and s-offed your device, if you have, you may already have CWM recovery installed

Honestly, I've personally flashed just about every thunderbolt ROM that there is, and I highly recommend installing 4ext recovery instead of CWM for flashing ROMs. You can also directly download skyraider from the official site/thread linked below, view the BAMF website in desktop view to download the ROM:

The default download location that the ROM will be saved to on your SD card if you download from the BAMF site with a web browser will be the download folder.

If you are using the All in One Tool from trt10 after going through the process of S-off it should automatically install 4EXT recovery..

Maybe I missed it or something but is there an error on the lock screen? I have messages as an icon and when I drag the icon to the lock circle it doesnt open anything just unlocks.

The default messages lockscreen shortcut icon doesn't work. If you go into lockscreen options and reselect messages for that shortcut, it'll work fine.

Themes specifically designed for skyraider 1.3. If you head over to the thunderbolt themes section, look for themes with "skyraider 1.3" in the title. There's squared sky, ice cream sandwich skyraider, and a few other nice options as well (the amazing dark horse theme for skyraider can be found at teambamf's site).

im seeing double on some system stuff sometimes like when powering up i see double thunderbolts.

Also cant seem to boot into hboot?
