Let's say I'm a guy who has managed to no longer need a computer anymore. How can I use the .img to get this recovery put on?

On v2.1.2. Are there any plans to remove the Teamwin curtain that appears every time the recovery is started? Mine sometimes hangs there for minutes. I wish it just went straight into the menu like CWM does.

I just needed to say: Dear Lord in heaven! Thank you for developing this recovery! I have been using *cough, another recovery since I first rooted and never thought there would be anything better. after returning to stock to fix some issues, I had the option of using TWRP instead so I thought Y not. The difference is night an day. Thank you again and keep up the good work!

They state in their theme guide that this is the only thing they require you to keep when theming so it's likely it stays. Never seen it hang for 'minutes' though.

What's the most AMOLED friendly (mostly 0x000000 and 0xff0000 for the colors) theme for the gnexus?

Not sure there are any themes sized correctly for our phone.

dd if=twrp-toro-2.1.2.img of=/dev/block/platform/omap/omap_hsmmc.0/by-name/recovery

Needs root, of course.
