Just tried it, and sure enough, it didn't work. Bah!

I'll have to check what I am getting, but I have a feeling it is significantly worse than that. I have done some Googling on the subject, and it seems that there is a great deal of variability.

So your mic is broken. You only have until late August to get a warranty repair from HP. Be sure you take all traces of Android off of it before returning it.

I tried updating to TWRP 2.2.0 at least 4 times. Each time, it said the update was successful, but I had no indication of any real change in downloading a ROM except it said entering TWRP - the About Goo.im file said, and still does say - Goo.im Mobile v.2.1.1. I looked in my TWRP Theme folder and moved the ui.zip file to my download folder to store, and then downloaded the latest nightly and TWRP 2.2.0 was in control with the proper graphics. Hope this helps someone. As a relative nubi, I felt great.

Nice catch. ;)

I believe this has been brought up before, but does anyone know what the I underlying cause(s) for general performance being worse in portrait mode than landscape?

As many people recommended, I deleted android using ACMEUninstaller, factory reset WebOS including all Media Storage (understading as SDcard). Then reinstall Moboot 0.3.5, TWRP 2.2, after that is latest nightly 0712, and latest Gapp. Now booted to very very fresh CM9 and still no sound at all! Please can somebody give me some help? My TP also suffers from "sleep mute sound" problem from long time ago (since alpha 2, Idon't really remember exactly when but CM7 and alpha 0.6 the sound is never lost after sleep)

Does your sound work in WebOS?
