- couple additional toggles (data, 2g)
- build.prop is correctly setup for working data/cell
- few additional commits from CMs git

REALLY REALLY Sorry for offtopic, but now that 4.0.4 sources from AOSP are up, there's a possibilty to make an AOKP rom for LG p970 optimus black? ive read that AOSP now will have OMAP3 drivers and new kernel.

For now we aren't adding new devices to the list unless we have a very clean device tree to use.
