Anyone else unable to turn Wi-Fi on in Build 40?
Yeah, Build 40 messed up more than it improved. Wi-Fi doesn't work. Can't download apps from Play Store. Dropping back to 39.

i was having the same issues wifi couldn't be switched on from the status bar, and when switched on from the settings menu it just says "turning on wifi"
pandora and youtube didnt work either
is anyone else always having to install the gapps again after every build?

You have to flash gapps after each flash.

Yeah, I can't get apps to download from the Play Store either. I can download and install apps from other sources (Swype beta, for instance) but not from the Play Store. Wiping and reinstalling build 39 now.

anyone having issues with scrolling list popups? (like the widgets in Nova Launcher)
It'll freeze visually but it still responds to touches. It sucks.

I flash Built 40 and i am having the same issues that others, camara does not load, Google play does not download whne a make a call the sound very scramble.

yes i'm having issues too. when scrolling to add widgets (long press) you aren't able to scroll all the way down. it locks up

Same here...hoping it is fixed in the next milestone or other builds. i have to try multiple times to even scroll down after exiting and going back
