I got the background black. The one thing left is the bar at the bottom. Compose, search, settings...


Is this what your talking about for the "chip" .9

The gray bar at the bottom and at the top gets fixed to black when you edit styles.XML change the Theme.Holo.Light to just Theme.Holo

Actually, thats not true. It doesn't change the bottom bar for some reason. I'm still trying to figure that one out.

I also changed on XML there in styles was ff333333 I think and changed it to ff000000.

You must have changed it some other way because just changing the style doesn't work.

edit, duh, I missed that last part. What XML?

In Styles.XML under where it has the theme.holo. there are three xml's the second one is what I changed to #ff000000.

weird, all that says is text colors. I wonder why they would use those for the bottom bar.
