Instructions:
1. DL preferred battery mod zip and put on sdcard
2. Reboot into recovery, wipe cache and dalvik
3. Install the zip and reboot

Unfortunately I think it will prob break some of the new features the nightlies provide. Someone posted on another site saying that the nightlies now have the percentage option that can be enabled in the settings, but im not sure if it is like this mod is or the old cm7 percentage # with a little bar next to it

Here's what it looks like in the nightlies, this is from 2/18 nightlie. I didn't have to enable it, it is on by default on that nightlie.

This mod actually adds the percentage right onto the battery icon in the lower right corner. I'll put a screenshot in the OP in a minute.
