I take the latest EOS nightly and extract all the files located in boot.img. From those files I get the kernel. There are a few other modules from the ROM itself that I grabbed as well just to make sure everything was up-to-date. Then I just swap them out with the older files in an older kernel .zip. Then share the kernel magic with you guys. I'd provide a changlog but it appears those haven't been generating with the latest nightlies.

EDIT: My mistake, the changelog issue is for wifi-only xooms. 4G has recent changelogs.

That is the most recent kernel, my friend. If everyone wants... I'll try and keep it updated until my help is no longer needed.

Not a problem. Diablo 3 has destroyed my social life so I'm near my laptop a lot lol

I have been running it for about an hour now without issue. The OC on the Xoom works great. Thanks for the awesome kernel.

I'm not running 38 yet, but it's been great on 37. Will try 38 out this weekend and report back.

Hey, cool, and thanks to everyone who has been providing positive feedback for everyone else to visually consume. There was a new nightly build a few hours ago convieniently after I was finished watching E3 coverage. It brought a new kernel that seems to have to wifi fixes, at least from what I can tell... Anyways, here it is for anyone who wants to give it a whirl. I flashed it fine on build 38 and latest CM9 nightly and haven't had a problem yet. Enjoy.
