Source:
Mod Type: ROM     Difficulty: Very Easy     Mod Status: Stable     Mod Base: CyanogenMod     Carrier: Verizon
Requires Root: Yes     Apply In: CWM Recovery     Optional:      Optional:      Android Version: 2.3.X (GB)

CM7 with some WP7 elements to get that retro look ;)
Read this first
Launcher 7 that is included is the FREE version with ads. AdAway is included in this ROM as well. Go into AdAway and follow the instructions (They're a tad obvious) And when it is done and prompts you to reboot make sure to do so. This will remove the annoying ads in the appdrawer Posted Image
There is also a WP7 theme included with this that I got a long while back on XDA but since I got banned for being a Droidvicious sockpuppet account apparently, I can't see who to credit so if anyone knows who, just let me know.
And finally thanks to Protekk for his cm7 tutorial and builds
Note this will not wipe anything and I am not responsible for any bricked devices.

a first for the t-bolt at least ;p

And it's nifty I was waiting for you to release it, it's a must-flash.

Anyway I have one concern, what launcher did you include in the build?
