I have another question about TB script. In order to use TB, you must have a custom kernel which supports the init.d directory. However, all custom kernels already build in some or many tweaks already, would the TB may overlap some of the build in features of the kernel? Is it better to make the script compatible with stock rom so that the stock kernel can take full advantage of the TB tweak, so it would act exactly the way the script intended?

You could always just run scripts at boot using something like script manager. It's not quite as elegant, but it works fine.

Yes sure you can use Script Manager to execute, but the point I'm trying to make here is PBJT kernel is fully tweaked with alot of OC/UV, memory managment etc... this script may interfear or counter productive against the kernel.

My point was that you do not need a custom kernel with init.d support to run this script like you said in the first sentence. If you feel like they will interfere, you can very easily run a stock or stock-ish kernel and do it through script manager.
