I installed 39 on my p4wifi it installs and go threw setup but wont hold install it reboots on it own also tried on espressowifi and get same results

Where did you get P4wifi build 39 from? I don't see it listed for build 39

Build 39 isn't working for us right now. Roman stated this on Twitter last night.

Flashed yesterday my tab for the first time.

I had the 'rolling tv with broken vertical sync' problem with cwm, then I finally found a cwm not affected by the problem,
wiped, installed build 38, now the initial capricorn logo has the same rolling problem, also the initial lock screen, then
if I shut off the screen for a moment with the power button when I restore the screen pressing power again the roll is gone...
