Presents
Andromadus Audacity Beta 4

We have come a long way since our first attempts back in November '11. I am proud to say we have finally hit beta. With hitting the new milestone we have added a new word to our ROM and that is Audacity. Why did we put Audacity in the name? Well the word Audacity means: boldness or daring, especially with confident or arrogant disregard for personal safety, conventional thought, or other restrictions. And that is exactly what we were when we took on the task of Ice Cream Sandwich for our HTC Vision/G2/Desire Z. We hope you enjoy our rom!

What is This?
We present to you ICS built from source for your HTC Vision, G2, or Desire Z. This thread will also be used for all DEVing for ICS until we work out all the kinks with it.

What Works?
Radio ( Phone & Mobile Data, SMS/MMS )
Touchscreen
Wifi
Bluetooth
Physical Keyboard
Audio
Real Full HW Accel
Screen Orientation
GPS ( Kinda )
USB - UMS
Camera ( Kinda )
Other Things

What Doesn't?
You Tell Me

yo, I always wonder am I the only one that has problems with some apps on ICS for Desire Z??? (in all AOSP ICS roms I've tried, and which it doesn't happen on an early version of ICS), I did ask my friends who is using Galaxy Nexus and none of them having this problem.

This is few of the apps that having the trouble. All of the are "text missing or misaligned"

WAZE for Android (Text on buttons missing)

Dungeon Village by Kairosoft (Text misaligned, in fact, all Kairosoft games are having this same problem.

Hello!

Thanks a LOT for the awesome work done!!! I love ICS on my phone.

I do have 2 details that I would like to mention :)

Bluetooth works fine with me but it requires a reboot to fully activate...if i turn it on and turn bluetooth on it will just stay on "turning bluetooth on" forever. But once it's on it perfectly works.

Also, somehow, there is a huge difference between the quality of pictures from gingerbread to ICS. It's weird but 2 pictures, one on ICS and one on Gingerbread will not look the same, to ICS's disadvantage...

would that be a software tweak or a driver issue? :)

(oh and GPS must be on normal mode, not AGPs because it does take a long time to syncronise.. I think there are some missing instructions to enable the GPS to use the cel-network data.. (personal advice)

Anyway thanks for the great job! :)
