I take NO credit for this rom. This is a rom made by the evervolv team. I have just had so many request on where to download the gapps and the rom I figured I would post it. Again thanks goes out to these guys for making an amazing ics rom.

I took down the link to incredikernel 1/3/12 because it is now included in preview 7 but i will leave the changelog up

I've been on this for several days now without any real issues. Just now applying the exchange fix - hopefully that works out for me as that is becoming a big deal for me.

I've tried several ICS builds, and this one seemed so stable right away that I decided to load it up with all my necessaries to see if I could consider it as a daily. In three days, I've had only two hard freezes (running the latest ICS incredikernel) which is a huge improvement over any previous ics alphas I've tried. Things are progressing so well, it's really encouraging, and I'm so grateful that evervolv and the others devs are working on ICS for our Incs.

[edit] also I can recommend QuicPic or Photo Calendar for Gallery functionality.

Thought i would throw this out there, i just wiped cache and dalvik cache. You will have to reinstall gapps just make sure you use the new ones i posted

I don't really get why it says do not flash over the new gapps if you have the exchange fix. If you flash preview 6 and the new gapps it looks like exchange is already working and the fix is just no longer needed.

That's correct that the fix is no longer needed but that's because these new gapps work with the original Exchange.apk that's built from source. If you had flashed the exchange fix and then flashed over these new gapps, exchange would be broken...same thing if you were to flash the fix after installing the new gapps. Basically, the prebuilt Exchange.apk is not compatible with the updated gapps so just don't use them together and you'll be good

And just to be clear, only exchange mail is able to sync as far as I know. I haven't found or heard of any fixes for exchange calendar sync yet.

I never had a problem with exchange email. It was the calendar - and that part worked with the fix and also with the new gapps now.

The calendar on the old just had to force stop it and clear the data. I did that and it started working.

Just thought i would post the twitter update from @MongooseHelix about the next preview - next dinc build will have working camcorder. not the best quality but functional. would have released it tonight if power hadn't gone out

Is anyone elses phone freezing at night while plugged in? This is the second night in a row for me and all since I have been using the 1/3/2012 kernel. I'm going to swap back later as a test but was just curious if there was more to this.

yeah every once in awhile mine will freeze up while charging and/or me trying to turn on usb storage.

I raised my minimum clock to 384 and stopped the midnight freezes. Don't know enough about voltage adjustment or other tweaks that may have a similar effect but can say that it worked for me, and I haven't missed an alarm since.

Did you use IncrediControl app to do it? I don't really understand how to use it. I tried to play a little last night and only succeeded in making the app freeze.

Anyhow - I'm on the 12/26 kernel and battery life is nearly as good as 1/3 and no freezes.

On P7 as of this AM. Very smooth. Camcorder works. MMS pics will not download on wi-fi or 3G. Anyone else having this issue? Asked the dev, but have not heard back yet. (Will update if I do.)

P7. Issues for the people who are interested.

-Random restarts (not as much as P.5)
-Video Playback
-Adobe Flash
-Usb tether (stock)
-Panoramic
-internal USB storage (this is on purpose)

Some of you may have seen that I asked on twitter for people's experiences with the newer incredikernel. Nothing definitive but a few have reported problems, and some that say it was happening on both this one and the older one. If any of you that are having problems can catch a logcat, dmesg, and/or last_kmsg that might help. Or letting us know if raising the min freq or raising the HAVS voltages with incredicontrol helps.

I was having issues and went back to the 12/8 kernel. Then today flashed back to the 1/3 kernel i downloaded from incredikernel.com. Bumped the min voltages 25mV (and have been since running incredikernel back in december). Also switched the governor to interactivex in set cpu and made adjusted my screen off profile to allow processor to go higher than the 245 min. My music magically is again showing up off my sdcard and a game that wouldn't play started playing again. Smooth and have had 0 reboots since. Will keep you posted! Thanks for the awesome ROM!

Good rom, very smooth. But, when restart if wifi or data is on, the phone it restart again. I can't use internet conection. Almost I did not freezes with the kernel.
