I have updated the rom to include a few nice features, see the post below for everything added.

Original 1/11/12

This is my first build and so far it seems quite decent, it is rooted and has busybox. This rom is very AOSP, I have only done under the hood work, and it has worked as a daily rom for me so far.

I have not included gapps but will share a link for the latest version that I have; make sure you flash the Rom then the gapps zip.

What doesn't work:
Google Wallet (haven't tried it honestly, but I am sure it won't work yet) Just loaded wallet from the market and it does not work.
Browser doesn't rotate to landscape
Probably a few other things

What does work:
The important stuff (phone, internets, etc)
Busybox
4G
MMS
WiFi
