I've always leaned towards the black and red color scheme. I try to keep my home screen simple by organizing apps in different drawer folders.

I like to keep my homescreen clean and then drop my most use apps on the second page. Like another poster, I too like to keep some red and black in the theme, matches the whole phone in general.
