My GPS lock was awful. I just flashed an apparent fix that's floating around. I get around 5/5 satellites within thirty seconds now. Which ain't too shabby. Apparently 12/12 is ideal. Therefore its still under performing

Seems that people are getting inconsistent results. My turn by turn nav locks in 10-15. Google maps however has a track record for breaking Gps locks with new updates. In the past, whenever I have a lock problem with maps, I uninstall maps which leaves me with the vanilla version that comes with the phone, that usually seems to fix whatever problems that I'm having.

Edit After downloading the new maps update my GPS won't lock on. Uninstalled and still won't get a lock. Unreliable.

My gf on her iPhone rocks Latitude w pin point accuracy and leaves it on in the background all day w minimal battery drain. I use the same Google app on my droid and the GPS never locks, and the constant pinging for location drains the battery to zero overnight! Sure hope someone knows a GPS fix. Its embarrassing haha

What's the battery like on this? I tend to get ~1 hour of screen on with 3g/4g on the jb roms I've tried while underclocked to 920mHz. Tried Franco Kernel, Leankernel, Jame Bond, Trinity, Faux. I know back on the Inc Lou used to compile his own kernels but idk if that's still the case. If not, which kernel have you had the most success with?

Anyone else have issues with simultaneous voice and 4G data? I'll be connected to 4G data, but if I start or receive a call, I lose all data connectivity. Considered flashing the latest CM10 nightly to see if that resolves the issue, but thought I'd see if anyone else was having the issue first.
