running exp6 on aokp 16a. ive noticed when i use the 230mhz slot, transitions on the launcher become pretty choppy. is anyone else experiencing this?



edit: just changed my governor to hotplug and now its not happening o.0

What governor were you using prior?

1.6.0 is released. Changelog:
  • Tons of fixes and backports from upstream omap, android-omap, and linux 3.2/3.3 sources:
    • kernel scheduler
    • cpu priority manager
    • omap multimedia processor
    • voltage regulator
    • SLUB memory allocator (more below)
    • memory manager
    • omap hdcp
    • omap clockdomain
  • Modernized SLUB allocator - took the memory allocator code from 2007 all the way to 2012 (linux 3.2/3.3)
  • Another InteractiveX stabilization attempt

Everything I listed is already in 1.5.1exp6, I think. :)

I seem to be experiencing more transition lag where there was none on 1.5 stable. I reflashed 1.5 again and all is smooth again.

What governor were you using prior?

Noticed this as well on interactivex at 180. You can def tell when you pull down notification bar. But I guess that's what happens when the processor is running that low.

let's keep an eye on this. I don't see it myself but if this is really happening for most people then it's probably the work of the new slub allocator and i'll need to revert it.
