Lag spike testing using quick clock shows the voltages are likely sticking. Drop them too low and you get lag. Bump up just a hair and it's gone.

180 slot is working great. Phone is going into and coming out of deep sleep just fine thus far.

I can't run 1.4 without lagging up though.

I just flashed this kernel with AX10M 2.1. Running great so far. Going to charge it to full and see how the battery life is with this new kernel. Thanks for the sneak peak!

One quick question though... would the lack of CIFS support be related to the kernel? I seem to have terrible luck with CifsManager. Anyway we could get that patched in or point me in the right direction to do it myself? Thanks!

So after tweaking my voltages last night, I am now concerned that they are just getting ignored.

The way in which I would find the lowest setting is move each slot's voltage lower one at a time, hitting apply each time, until the phone froze and rebooted. I would then choose the lowest voltage before the phone rebooted.

I ended up with these voltages for 1350-350 (I don't use 1420 or 180):
1350Mhz - 1000mV
1200Mhz - 1000mV
920Mhz - 800mV
700Mhz - 750mV
350Mhz - 600mV

My question is, is this the best way to determine the lowest possible voltages? If not, what are some universally accepted settings so that I can undervolt at least a little?

So question for those that are saying if the voltage is too low, it will be ignored. Please explain why my phone rebooted when I tried a lower voltage? I tried numerous times. And it wasnt on 180 or 1420 speed, as I dont use those.

Attached the voltage setting that I'm currently using for Minimalistic Kernel experimental v3 and gummy latest

Seems to work better at 180 for me after bumping it up to 650..it was hanging with 600

EDIT: haven't downloaded myself to test, as I haven't downloaded 4.0.3 ROM yet.

Can someone link to his post? Is he saying something different than what I've been saying? I've been talking to the guy who wrote the code (and who also wrote setcpu), and even he's not convinced that his code works 100%. I will say though that I've made some of my own mods to the code (especially in the exp versions) which could make it work better.
