Alright everyone...I got it done Here is the 2.11.605.9 RUU Rooted and DeOdexed... (Thanks to izzaeroth for the leak)

I want to be sure everyone knows I HAVE NOT REMOVED ANYTHING from this, it's just the update with Root and deodex

LET ME SAY IT AGAIN...DO NOT PANIC DURING INSTALL I DID NOT PUT ANYTHING IN THE UPDATE SCRIPT TO TELL YOU HOW CLOSE TO BEING DONE YOU ARE...TRUST ME it works, but Don't forget to have your towel close by!!! ;-)

flash through bootloader or recovery? i assume bootloader to update the radios. but will wait for your reply

Its to be flashed in Recovery. Its not the RUU I pulled all the radios and recovery images out and it's just a flashable zip now! If you try through Bootloader it will fail
