Do i have to wipe data?
it would be wise yes. this is a decent chunk of an update

Do i just flash this over?
yes, install the rom then gapps.

Do i flash this in CWM?

My way of saying thanks to someone who at very least, put the effort in to give you guys something to flash. Things like this take time and patience to work out errors. I don't even have LTE Gnex....I'm on GSM.

This is one of the issues I'm running into on my GSM AOSP IML74F build.
