Is there a version of Android 5 in development for the Droid X, and is this the spot to look for it when released?

thanks,
jh

m.ksy and others are working on cm12, but it is going slow.
when there is news, someone will post in this thread, to be sure.

[ROOT] Framaroot, a one-click .apk to root
I have verified it works with these Motorola devices running android 2.3.4
Droid 2 (a955), Droid 2 Global (a956), R2D2 (a957), & Droid X (MB810)

Well, this is awkward.  I successfully installed the latest ROM, but when I look the app drawer there is no file manager.  I want to install MyBackupRoot apk from my SD card so that I can restore my apps, Hololauncher, settings, shortcuts, etc.      Where is the file explorer?

-------------------

update I tried to find a workaround, I installed a few apps from the Play Store for backup and restore, one of them was nice enough to notify me that Google imposed restrictions on microSD access after 4.4.3, can no longer write directly to the card.  Nice.   Maybe I should go back to 4.4.3   I had CM11 4.4.3 installed previously but it kept rebooting randomly so I gave up on it.
