For Android Revolution HD [all versions]

• Change CPU max scaling frequency when screen is turned off from 700 MHz to 350 MHz - this is good for battery saving, but can cause reboots in random situations
  
• Remove Samsung default boot-animation - this will set Android Ice Cream Sandwich boot-animation
  
• Remove face-detection engine - this will remove the "Facelock" functionality. Safe to remove, if you don't use it

Nope, I had to make two different ROMs for LTE and GSM. Here you can find LTE version.
