we took XWJVX firmware from kies test mode for polish carrier plus
this is first 2.3.6 Gingerbread for GT-I9000 and:

- removed cache.rfs with all bloot apps and oncecarrier specific csc code
- added cache.rfs from xxjvt with no blootware (this is multi csc)
- rooted the kernel
- made 3 file firmware out of it
